If you want to read and learn more and organize your readings i highly recommend you to create a profile on goodreads.
1- Push yourself to read more
Goodreads has a reading challenge every year with which you can establish the number of book you want to read (my goal for this year is 20 books and so far i read 12, let's see if i can accomplish my goal - i am currently reading "The 7 habits of highly effective people".
2- Creat your own bookshelves
Goodreads gives you the opportunity to creat your own bookshelves and organize your readings. For example in my profile i have "International business", "travel", "to-read busines"... and it is very useful.
3- Rate the books you read
4- Follow your friends, entrepreneurs, managers, CEO's and see what they read
5- Follow authors you like
